Recently, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) China Science Literature Metric Evaluation Research Center, based on academic journal papers and conference papers included in domestic publications, conducted its first objective evaluation of scholars' academic influence in 2024. The center selected the "2024 CNKI Highly Cited Scholars" list to promote the domestic first release of outstanding research achievements. Through quantitative data statistics, selection plan review, and disciplinary expert research, 25 scholars from our college were selected as Top 1% Highly Cited Scholars in the Transportation Engineering and Civil Engineering disciplines for 2024.

Criteria for Selection:
To be selected as a "2024 CNKI Highly Cited Scholar Top 1%", scholars must meet the following criteria:

· The total PCSI (Paper Citation Standardized Index) of the author's publications over the past decade places them in the top 1% of the preliminary author pool (30,000 scholars, baseline value 31.016);

· Published at least 5 papers with a PCSI higher than the theoretical average (1.65) over the past decade;

· Published at least 1 high-impact paper over the past decade.
